Yes, you may take an Uber to the venue.

The Black Food Truck Festival is a family event and all ages are welcome. Children under 12 are free.

Face masks are optional. The Black Food Truck Festival will follow precautions issued by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Tickets

Yes. If you purchase a single ticket, you may use that ticket on either day. Please note, you may only use it once.
This does not include VIP tickets. VIP tickets must be used on the day purchases. For example, if you purchased a VIP ticket for Saturday, it must be used on Saturday.

Ticket entry will be CASHLESS at the gate. You will be able to purchase your food from vendors in whatever ways they accept payment.
Ticket DOES NOT include food.
TICKETS ONLY INCLUDE entry to the festival, games, and live entertainment.
All kids 12 and under are FREE.

Tickets are now available on Eventbrite.

Tickets will not be available on site. However, you may purchase tickets online the day of the festival.
Please note, tickets will increase on festival days.

No refunds or discounts are available. You may sell your ticket at your own discretion. The festival is a rain or shine event.

An email confirmation will be emailed to you after you successfully purchase it online via Eventbrite.

Event Logistics

Yes. A map will be on site of vendors’ location.

Coolers, pets, alcohol, cigars, outside food and weapons (i.e. knives, mace) are not permitted

Yes. Lawn chairs and blankets are permitted in all grassy areas. You may also bring seat cushions for the benches in the amphitheater to view live entertainment.

Yes, ticket holders can re-enter the festival. Wrist bands will be given to attendees.

The festival is open to ticket holders during festival hours of 12pm-6pm on April 23-24th.

Food Events

Menus are posted on our Who’s Coming page. Please thoroughly read them and contact the individual food trucks prior to the festival to inquire about ingredients.

While modifications will not be made specifically, most food trucks will feature some vegan, vegetarian or pescatarian dishes.
Culinary Talent & Vendors

Please note, we are receiving a high volume of applications. If you do not hear from us in a week, then you were not selected.
